Hey Guys,
New to Paypal I've done some homework but I still have some questions as a seller.
From what I know.
-Always create a detailed invoice.
-Ship to verified addresses only.
-Signature required for $750+ total invoice
-Once payment is received wait couple days before shipping shoes. In case buyer Charges back.
-Keep documentation of all emails, text or any exchanges between buyer.
-Confirm with buyer he has received shoes and he is happy.
Am I missing anything else that should be on my list?
Now to my questions,
1. Can someone post examples of sneaker invoices. NEW and USED. Im a visual learner, I need to see examples. "Be extra detailed when filling out description" doesn't do it for me. (Not really a question)
2. What if I send shoes. Buyer receives package but he claims he received rocks?
Ex. I sell AJ BRED 4's. I send AJ BRED 4's. Buyer receives AJ Bred 4's. Buyer makes a switcheroo with his own beat shoes and files a claim.
3. Seller says $100 + 4% for shoes. Amount on invoice will be $104, correct?
Thanks in advance!!!
