Hey NT. Quick question regarding paypal. If I buy some shoes off of someone and don't send as a gift does the seller have to deal with any fees (other than the 4% transaction fee) when he withdraws it and puts it in his account?

any help is appreciated.

never had a fee when withdrawing. actual fee is 2.9% + $0.30 for receiving.

yea, I wont send as a gift, I don't want to have to post one of those "I got scammed" threads.
