I'm trying to use my debit card to pay for an item I won on eBay, but PayPal won't let me for some reason.

Solutions?

Not enough money is on the debit card. Some fees prolly got taken by the debit card's company. Maybe like $5.

Paypal is horrible nowadays, it just gets worse and worse and so does ebay.

I supposedly owe them $100 cuz a bum NTer felt like making a claim and wants to keep the product, !@#$% that, neither of you are getting a thing from me.

They filed a claim against you and won? Then Paypal froze (and basically took) the money associated with that transaction. And now dudes has the shoes and the cash right? You need to call them. The trick to getting through to eBay, go to Help, Contact Us, then click "register" and it'll give you an 800 # and a pin to call them right away. Once you get that, you can talk to them about whatever.

I just went through this EXACT situation with a laptop. Once the case was ruled against you and the money froze, he has 5 days to send the item back to  you and upload the tracking info. If he hasn't, when you call eBay let them no and the case advisor will look for any activity in the case from the other party and particularly a tracking #, and if there isn't an any they'll reverse the case and you'll get the money back.

I sold a broken laptop, 10+ hd pics, mentioned all through the auction it was broken and dude got it, then a few days later filed a claim and won against me for selling a broken laptop so the 360$ was taken from me but like I said, do the steps above and you'll get your money back.

They filed and won, so my account is negative, until I add funds its useless.

Gotta call paypal and explain the situation, I even refunded half of the cash to be fair and we agreed, even then he still filed a claim smh

I reached out to him and no answer, time to call paypal.

Quick question related to debit cards: I took out $60 one time because I had no idea what I was doing since it was my first time using my own debit card and I got charged like $10. So does the bank charge you for taking out money? I'm guessing they do but I just want to ask anyway to be 100% sure.
