Paypal question... can soemone help

i recently sold a few pairs of shoes, I've been paid for 3 pairs, through Paypal. normally, I get email notifications of payments, but on one of the 3 i received last night, i didn't get an email notification. It's in my paypal account, confirmed address, but unverified buyer. what's the deal?

Make sure it says ok to ship in green if not refund the money back.

The buyer most likely hasn't added their bank account with PayPal.
