So I bought these kicks and sent it as gift but dude has sold the shoes to someone else. So as soon as i seen that i called my bank and told them about it and they told me wait til the payment clears and they would refund my money. So is there a good chance i will get my money back?

You've just gotten scammed.

Where did you do this deal at?..

NT or ISS?

Then your best bet is to just expose him on THAT SITE & on NT..

There's a slight chance that he might be a user on NT..

You could try and get your money back.. 

But next time.. I wouldn't trust sending a payment as a GIFT.. through that other site..

Feedback doesn't mean a thing over there..

I've gotten scammed with a person who had 300+ Feedback from that other site..

NEVER USED THAT SITE AGAIN.

Cool Cool Thanks I'm take your advice and i will not use that site again Cause this the second time that something like this has happen. Hopefully i get my money back though and from now on i won't send gifts i've learned.
