Paypal Question?

Ok So I've been receiving payments as a gift from paypal a while as an instant transfer and haven't been charged a fee or anything but now all of sudden i'm staring to get charged the fee even though the payment is being sent as gift via instant transfer. Is there anything i can do?

they actual charge fees on gift payments now

Whoa, paypal is booty now, if they charging fees on gifts, then this dude who claimed the end of the world should be charged from his donations!!! >_

Yes I Do i gave them a call but they keep saying the person sent the payment using the Purchase tab and selected services But i know the person sent it as a gift. They just keep giving me a BS reason

Yes i am i don't get it one person told me that that might have flagged me from receiving gift payments.
