Paypal question

I know that an invoice is safe and gives you buyer protection, but if i just send money to someone and say it is for goods and services, do i still have buyer protection? I do not want to gift them the money, i want to send it to them and say it is for goods and services, bit he can not send me an invoice. Thanks

Goods and Services covers buyer protection

But it's much easier to resolve problems with an invoice.

It's always nice to have the SELLER put the item description and a request for money in, and the BUYER just pays it.

There's no reason he can't do an invoice..

Also, is this a good description to use? Payment for 100% authentic 2011 Air Jordan 3 retro white cements. Good worn condition with the original box.

His description of “good worn condition“ could be different from your description of good worn condition so I'm not sure if that is good enough. I wouldn't pay for that at least. Tell him to add more details, is there heel drag, soles are dirty, any other parts of the shoe that is dirty. Have you gotten pics of the shoes?

Make sure you do NOT send it as a gift. You are still covered under buyer protection and you can type the terms Paypal and Buyer Protection and it'll come up.

Paypal handles the buyer protection, not ebay. ebay usually just sends the stuff to Paypal, that's all they are good for. And they charge the MOST for fees vs. 3% for Paypal...
