So i ordered something on a website i've ordered from in the past and they are a legit site. Put the order in January 7, a Saturday, and that same day canceled the order cause i ended up not needing it. I got an email Monday, the 9th, saying they canceled the order. Being paypal its instant and the funds came off my credit card that Saturday. I emailed the company and they said they issued the refund. It's now January 17 and no refund has posted to my paypal account or my credit card. I paid with my credit card through paypal.
Did they not issue the refund or is this just paypal taking forever. It's a bit ridiculous that it should take this long just to get my money back yet its taken out instantly. Anyone ever deal with anything like this?
