Hey yall, so I'm kinda new to PayPal but I hear they protect the buyer.. So I'm looking to buy a pair of Yeezy 350s from someone and they say they are authentic.

I'm wondering how can I protect myself if they turn out to be fakes? Will I get my money back? Step by step would be nice on how to do this through PayPal.

Have you checked the PayPal Website? Better to check there first than ask NT.

how do i protect myself from losing a claim or a chargeback?

i've offered the buyer a full refund if he chooses, but he at the moment is deciding to keep.

the item in question has a scuff that i didnt know about or didnt exist until he received them.

I have never not gotten my money back when I started claim ebay pretty much does every thing to keep Buyers happy
