Paypal veterans... Help Please...?

SO i have been using Paypal for a while now, however its not directly linked to my bank account.
If i link it directly, they (paypal) wont do anything with it. Just take the money out when i buy/ order something right? They wont randomly take out money, this and that?

You are correct. There are no fees associated with paypal unless you are receiving money.

Correct. They just turn your PP negative if you owe or etc..

so is there a monthly fee when you are a ebay seller? i got charged $19 the other day and i dont know why

^ The "final value fee". You have to pay eBay back like 8% of what your auction makes.
