Got offered 2012 Cement 4's DS W/ receipt $225. What yall think?

It's not clear if you're buying or selling.
If you're buying, that's a great price. If selling, depending on size, they average more towards $250

DS 225 is a steal. I've seen a few VNDS 9/10 pairs go for $200.
