OK today my internet has been running slower than usual. I tried a system scan with Norton and it found nothing. I tried a system restore and it would let merestore it back at all. Whats the problem NT?

do you use torrent? or hogging on bandwidth in someway?
because I have comcast and they have this 250GB limit but I use about 6gigs a day lol so they be messing with connection... but its usually fix simply byresetting the modem

The problem is fixed I believe. I wiped the system clean and got rid of whatever it was. If it was a virus, not only was it not letting me restoremy PC but it hid its self from Norton and some other anti-virus software I have
