OK today my internet has been running slower than usual. I tried a system scan with Norton and it found nothing. I tried a system restore and it would let merestore it back at all. Whats the problem NT?

Try:
Disk Defrag
Disk cleanup
Spybot Search and Destroy
Windows Registry Repair

edit: Get rid of Norton imo

OP if your internet is slow run a speed test at speakeasy.net and post the result

Download Speed: 7542 kbps (942.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 2042 kbps (255.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

The problem is fixed I believe. I wiped the system clean and got rid of whatever it was. If it was a virus, not only was it not letting me restoremy PC but it hid its self from Norton and some other anti-virus software I have
