PC Sample Legit Check/Value

Hey all! I stumbled across this pair and I found a few on eBay but this one seems to be a PC Sample ( Taiwan vs China ) also, it’s signed (can’t make it out) but historically, many legit PCs are signed right? Is this gold or…? Help!

I'm guessing that's pretty rare, probably not worth a huge amount, but at least a few hundred dollars, I would think! what is the main goal with it?

what did ya search on ebay to find them?
