I have 10 Pentium M HP laptops,and i will like you to treat them . I have lists of work needed to be done on the laptops.
1 Format the Hard Drive
2 Install Win XP with Service Pack 2
3 Install Microsoft Office Package
4 Avast Virus Software
5 Latest Corel Draw Version
6 Install Winrar
7 Diagnose Hardware. Hard drive, video card, processor and Nework Adapter.
Get back to me with your total cost for the service

Price depends.  Are you installing authentic versions of all the software? 

I know you can get authentic copies of XP for free and Avast is a free download. 
Corel Draw ain't cheap though.  I'm sure you have MS Office laying around somewhere too.
Rest is easy.

If you are buying the Corel Draw Suite with the license to install on all 10 machines then you have to charge her for the expenses.  If you can "locate" and inexpensive copy then you charge whatever you feel is worth your time.

What is the purpose for all the repairs.  If they're Pentium M laptops, I'm not sure they would go for much more than $150 total anyways.  By that time, you're just ready for an upgrade.

If you're doing that much work, $100-150 sounds about right though since the installs take a bit of time for each.

Yeah, if the customer made it explicitly clear that she would like authentic copies of the software charge her for those licensing fees.

I'd charge 1k total, though. That seems like a pretty good price. Add on 1 or 2 bills depending on whether or not they'll all be ready for those applications or not. One of the most annoying and frustrating things when dealing with stuff like this is when people want you to install x amount of applications and only have like 100 MB of free space.

Some of the pictures I've seen when deleting miscellaneous files and emptying trash bins... life changing, to say the least.
