Well, you can view the physical composition of various people and find differences down to the amount of fast twitch muscle fibers one group has compared to another. So I don't find it surprising that there could be differences in the brain of different people as well.

I think this study would be a lot more interesting if they compared Chinese Chinese versus Chinese Americans. Test whether it is a genetic or cultural influence that makes this happen.
