How much do you currently weigh and what's your goal? (Add in height if you'd like)

I'm 5'9, currently @ 172. Trying to get down to 160.

I definitely need motivation.

I had a bet with my manager last year, whoever could lose more weight in 6 weeks...I lost 21 pounds

5'7 i'm 155 right now trying to get to 160-165.

for my height my weight is in it's natural range but a couple more pounds of muscle minus a couple pounds of fat is what i'm aiming for.

at 200, trying to bulk back up to around 210 8ish% bf then maybe one last cut by summer

Man unless you are a wrestler or fighter, there is need to care about WEIGHT. Body Fat %, inches are more important. I don't understand people's fixation with weight.

people care/ worry about their weight because they dont want to get obese or anorexic. For me i just want to look proportional for my height

im big. im 6'1 225. i wanna be like 195. like in high school when i hooped every single day.

i started taking my roommate to the gym with me, hes almost up to benching twice what he was doing when he first started... but the only thing he cared about was the fact that he gained like 7 pounds

See this is an example of what I mean. Weight does NOT matter man. I don't even know why people use it to gauge anything outside of athletic competition.
