The last time I saw a .gif used perfectly for the situation was a thread addressed to the mods and admins.
I forgot who, but a dude accused of JRose5 of taking his avy and stuff away. JR5 showed up with a calm rebuttal that explained the whole situation.
Dude came back with ..., and Dirty suspended him for 2weeks.
