So I got a new phone as an upgrade about two days ago.  The phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 3.  I bent over to tie my shoelaces and it fell out my hoodie pocket.  It fell lightly but as a result the entire screen permanently blanked out.

Will they replace my phone free of charge?

If they do, is it an immediate replacement? Do they fix it in the store?

How long does the process usually take?

If you have insurance its gonna be $50-$200 deductible. if no insurance your gonna have to find a person

not sure how att works but all phones bought should have a 1 year warranty. usually thru warranty if there is no visible damages is shown on phone, then you can get it replaced.

another way is contact samsung and send the note 3 to them and they will fix it with no charge, bad side is it takes about 4 weeks.

hope that helps a bit

Get the receipt take it to the store and tell them it stopped working .
You're within the 30 days so you should be able to exchange it. I hope .
Make sure there's no physical damage tho
