One of Rap's best producers and best emcees reunite four years to the month and reportedly mend their rift as friends and men.

In January of 2007, North Carolina Hip Hop trio Little Brother hurt the hearts of fans when the group announced that producer/deejay 9th Wonder would be parting ways with emcees Phonte and Rapper Big Pooh. Having released two albums in the years since, January of 2011 saw a reconciliation between the group's unofficial leader and producer for two heralded albums.

As a fan of LB and the work of Phonte and 9th I'm happy to see they reconciled. Phonte said this was all about their personal relationship and had nothing to do with music. It's good to see two friends back on good terms.

I wouldn't rule out them working on a song or two together. But I doubt we'll see an LB reunion album or a 9th/Phonte album. Trust.  9th's heavily involved  with IWWMG and Phonte is doing the Foreign Exchange thing and other projects. Like I said in the original post it's good to see them as FRIENDS back on good terms. Let the music come later.

I wonder this too especially after them saying it wasn't music related.  I thought it all had to do with 9th collaborating with more mainstream acts and not making time for LB.
