When I first saw the youtube videos I didn't believe it it's real here are two pics I took during a big winter storm earlier this year the first one has my neighbors cat and the second pic is the same exact pic but the cat has disappeared....

the best part of this content aware tool is that it's extremely easy to use
 
CS5's Content Aware tool definitely looks amazing, from what I've seen.

I can't wait to try it for myself.

But I don't see many Intuos4's going for less than $140 brand new but you could always try eBay
