Here are my before and after pics. You can stop whenever you want, you can't ruin the shoes by seaglowing too much. You can only ruin them by letting themget to hot (then the sole separates) or if sunlight hits the patent leather and warps it.

All depends on how yellowed they are. Usually between 3-8 hours

whats the point of taking shoe paper out? does it cause the soles to yellow faster?
