Pimp C found dead in Hollywood

33 year old Texas rapper Pimp C, real name Chad Butler, was found dead in a Hollywood hotel room this morning.
According to TMZ, L.A. County Fire responded to a 911 call atthe Mondrian Hotel, located on trendy Sunset Strip in Hollywood. They arrived to his sixth floor hotel room to find him dead in bed.

Butler, who was one half of rap duo UGK, was recently under fire from artists and fans alike after he went on an angry tirade bashing theSouth--specifically Atlanta.

He later went on to apologize.

According to reports, Pimp C had just performed with fellow rapper Too Short at the "House of Blues" in L.A. on Saturday night.

Damn, *&%$ is $%&$ up. Pimp C in my opinion is one of the best producer/artist ever. I ain't even trying to be cute. Listen to his beats, verses,and singing ability and you will come to find a very, very talented man. I just wanted to say my little piece "Pimp you will be sadly missed, RIP".
