PIXAR & DISNEY ANIMATIONS FILM thread - Pixars SOUL out now

without spoiling the film, does Dash get a scene like in the first one.
The music and sound effects with those ships crashing when he was running had me:wow::wow::wow:

..............no.

:frown:.

Dash the gawd and they keeping sonning my dude. It's getting lame dawg. Next flick bettter be his flavor.

I hate violet with my whole soul.

after 14 yrs...Holly voice too old for Elastigirl now. Doesn't fit like it used to.

Edna is the goat.

What’s with folks saying there should be
And epilepsy warning before the movie
Cause of flashing lights or something

Just got back from seeing Incredibles 2, pure fun.

Still have yet to see Coco, but its on Netflix so I'm good.

Saw is yesterday, LOVED it!
Bao(that short they played before) was great too!
There were kids for sure, but you could tell there were a bunch of people like me who had waited for this film since seeing the first. Lots of clapping at the end of big scenes.
2nd favorite movie this year(after IW)

Went to watch it today with the fam. The previews were blindspotting, unfriended dark web and another rated R preview. Once they realized what was on the screen they stopped the preview midway and just started the Bau short story. All the kids were shook.

I'd rather they use the time jump for the 3rd film with Dash and Violet away at college or just adults who have moved out with Jack-Jack trying to figure out his place in the world, he could be calling them on how they adjusted to life.

This dumpling short movie is ****ing insane.

Was trying to keep my composure and not have these strangers around me see me looking weak because my eyes were welling up because of how close that story hit home lmao. I managed to keep it in check but other people around me started straight up crying and saw quite a few audience members wiping away a few tears.

My wife and I took our son for his 4th birthday on Sunday. We all loved it. The animation looked amazing. Action was great. A lot of comedy and no sad moments. The last movie we took him to was COCO and I was a wreck at the end.

Debating between catching Incredibles 2 or Jurassic World.

Saw it today.. it was great.

The Jack-Jack scene with the raccoon was amazing.

The scene where Elastigirl enters the apartment and finds the Screenslayer was intense for a Pixar movie.

Jack-Jack stole the show.

The animations, score, set pieces, all excellent and well worth the wait. I need to see it again with a later showtime so I don't have to deal with the kids.

Soft.

I was talking about how unsettling it became. Like i caught the metaphor, treating the dumpling like her kid and in doing that they humanized it. Pretty clear when it started bringing chicks home.

It just got real sick when she ate it  :smh: That was some Sausage Party type ****.

Jack Jack the goat. When he was walking with Edna acting like her... best scene. Along with racoon.

They need to spot light dash man. He an og.

Someone said they hate violet with their whole soul... And that is the best way to put it. Hate this broad. Everything about her I hate.

Saw it last night in IMAX for $10 :smokin. I wasn’t like a kid last night. My face was lit up from start to finish & laughs all through out. Disney & Pixar did it again. Back to back classic movies. If there’s a part 3 I hope we don’t have to wait another 14 years.

Side note: That short film Bao was great too.

My sister and I are big Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul fans, and we were DYING when Bob Odenkirk's character came on.
He acted and damn near even looked like Jimmy/Saul.
Same mannerisms and a true salesman

Loved the movie overall.
