Playing basketball in customs?

I have a pair of adidas Hardens that I'd like to customize. Really simple, just paint the white toe cap black. My question is, how will these hold up? Will they crack and peel when the toe cap gets creased? Thanks.

I painted a pair of cp3 and play in them. I used angelus beans everything and they held up great. I have scuffs and scrapes but the paint never cracked on mine. Only spot that is missing paint is where I got stepped on. If you prep and do everything correctly it should hold up. And if it gets scuffed you can always repaint it

Yea it all depends on how well you do the custom job, multiple layers of paint will help prevent cracking
