Bruh, we was on Sega Genesis back then. I didn't know one person with a PS1 until fall 96. Went over some dude's crib that was killing it at Tekken. I was like damn, that's the real deal.
Copped mine fall 97. NBA Live 98 and Madden 98 were the only games I actually played on that thing.

I remember when my mom copped for my 10th birthday. It was crazy because I didn't even ask for it. Pretty sure she just heard me talking about it with the homies. She didn't get any games initially but I went HARD on that playstation underground demo disc.

Rival schools was dope I wish they had a movie. The die hard game was cool the 1st game was hard the 2nd I think it was a FPS the 3rd was the driving game the controls of the vehicles were terrible.

didn't get the ps1 til about 1996
then my uncle installed a chip to play burned and Japanese version games. Bought that monthly Blockbuster pass and twice a day, I would go to exchange games and burn it at home. Never bought a PS1 game after that
