Hi NT,

This is my first post and please forgive me if I haven't searched thoroughly. I'm in need of urgent help. I had some excess glue located at the tip of my Concords which I was able to remove most of with just warm water and a cloth but left this residue/smear at two places (see pics).

What options can I use to safely remove this?

I've seen nail polish remover as an option but do you suggest Acetone Free or with?

To shine the patent leather many have said to use hand lotion. If so, is there a particular type, brand or even color to use?

If using the above methods would it speed up the yellowing on the clear sole?

Thanks....
