These are authentic.
The shape of the shoe is good. The medial text is correct and it is spaced out correctly, fakes usually have text that is too bold and spaced out wrong. The placement of the medial text does vary a lot, there is no correct placement but it is usually parallel to the swoosh and towards the front. The swoosh is the right shape and the stitching around the swoosh is good. Lace bag, insoles, zip tie and box are all correct .
The flaws you pointed out are just factory flaws. You can easily hide the loose stitch on the tongue or cut it off, its up to you and it really does not matter. The lace hole was badly cut leaving the material behind after the machine stamped out the hole.
