Please help me identify these Air Jordan samples!

Hi! I know NOTHING about Jordans, so I would love some help here.

I was given these several years back and have NEVER been able to find them on Ebay, google, etc. Can someone help me at least identify what release they are? Thank you!

Take a look at the tag insde the shoe (where the size is) there should be a product/model # on it, usually 6 digit # - 3 digit # (123456-789). If there google "Jordan *model#* baby blue white"
