In semi-related news: the Lions cut Alex Henery after he missed three field goals yesterday.
I saw that. He lost the game for them and lost his job for it, especially when you factor in that the Lions lost on a 58 yard field goal :eek ...so glad we cut ties with that bum. :lol

he was 1 for 5 with them :lol

ALL black, huh? Should look mean on tv. I happen to like the black uni's but when they wear those with the green pants, it's pretty disgusting.

yeah it sounds really cool in concept form; maybe this is their way of really trying to look like a 4-1 team

Yea.. Just saw that we're wearing all black.. Kinda surprised we're doing it at home

Agree with what was said above about the black with the green pants, that combo was hideous.. Hell, the green on green was hideous too

But I actually like our black jerseys now.. Still wish we had the collars the same color as the jerseys though

Eagles signed former Dolphins safety Jordan Kovacs to the practice squad.

we will really be able to see Fletcher and Cary get burnt in those

Eagles have given up NFL-high 13 TD passes already. That's a 42-TD pace, which would be a franchise record and 17 more than last season

Not sure how the staff can justify starting both corners when they proven to be highly ineffective

they keep beating that tired *** drum about "well what would we do in nickel and dime situations" or "we prefer longer taller corners". I'm done with their excuses, NO ONE can do worse than Cary and Fletcher have already. Gotta switch things up because they clearly aren't learning anything every week they get burned for long completions

Is there any starter out there that we could get for a mid to late round pick

Maybe Terrell Brown

Why take a project in Marcus smith when we need immediate help on the defensive end?

Somebody please help me understand

It's pretty annoying at this point. Dude is our 1st round pick and hasn't done anything (literally). So many for sure solid guys we could have taken.

They got caught with their pants down; they thought they could trade back and still get a guy they wanted

I am pretty sure they thought they were gonna get Dee Ford and when he went to the Chiefs, it was panic time

Keep trading back and stockpiling picks. Marcus Smith, I'll reserve final judgement but I'm not overly optimistic. He's too raw and still learning to be a football player.

Yeah I agree they should have traded down again

I don't feel he's gonna be anything after watching him; he's like Mike Mamula lite :x
