So I'm launching a podcast soon (I know what you're thinking, everyone has one these days) and I am having a hard time trying to figure out what I'm going to be sued for lol. My question goes out to experienced podcasters! Can I use like a Superman/Batman/Spiderman logo in the official iTunes logo? Or will I be sued?
Also, will I be sued for using sounds ripped off of youtube as apart of a soundboard if the clips are like 10 seconds or less?
The name of my podcast is going to be Epic Comic Nation and the idea branched from a popular IG that I run = @Epiccomicpics.
Any input helps! Thanks in advance for anyone who could answer any of these questions.
