This story makes my head hurt. They're calling it a staged suicide, which is not what it was. It was a staged homicide. It was an actual suicide.

my wife is actually from a neighboring town.. We were there this summer a day after it happened, whole city was on lock down. Crazy how much money/resources were used to find the "suspects'. Talked to my brother in law (he lives like 5 mins from the "murder" scene) about this a couple weeks ago and he was telling me that there was mad rumors floating around about the local police setting duke up cuz he was gonna turn on some other corrupt cops. This story keeps getting crazier though... the OG story never made sense, who shoots a cop than runs back and steals their possessions
