police patrol...

So I was out with my 2 good friends on this little beach. We each had a beer (we're all1 19), and we were just finishing up a blunt when the cops pulled in. 
The male cop said "What you guy doing? Drinking beers and smoking blunts?" And I didn't answer anything. Neither did my friends. We said we were hanging out. They then WROTE our names and socials down.

The female cop then ran a search of my friend Paul. The operator said that "Party has no outstanding warrants." All of a sudden, the cops get a call for a fight at another party house. The male cop says "okay guys pick these beers up and throw them in a trash can, otherwise you're littering" so we picked them up and they drove away.

What consequences will I face?
