The answer to your question lies within your question: curiosity.

I didn't see the video (and I'm not going to watch it even though I did find it online).  A long time ago I used to test my limits of how much gore I can handle.  There was one pic I saw where I threw in the towel.  Since then I stay away from sick stuff.  But to answer your question, it's curiosity.

The worst thing to hit the net.

People really put themselves through pain and i mean like bashing their own ball sack, sticking " girl toy " in your peehole. The most graphic ones i seen were two. One guy stuck a jar of mayo up his butt and the glass broke inside his butt. blood poor everywhere and dude acted like it didnt hurt. Second one i seen till this day i say its fake and its a hot dog but a dude cut his penis off in front of the camera. Sick people out there. but yeah thats just some of the pain olympics that are out there.

I dont know how updated it is now, but I'm 22 now and i seen these videos when i was like 15-16, so im sure way more "games" are out there.
 
Wouldn't be surprised if this person was on drugs. Everything eventually comes back to drugs.
