Post-Depression question..

Most of you guys should try to start working out. Physical activity can help relieve depression. I've been there. I still struggle with it sometimes.

It may be temporary, but remember all of those reasons you've listed for being mildly depressed have been removed since you moved back to school.

That doesn't mean that you aren't susceptible to it again, but you're least likely to have any episodes while you're at school. You should probably seek help anyway since you'll eventually have to move, or your friends will move/you'll lose your job.

Try new things, go new places. Not in any way a cure but it would be a segway to getting better.

Been through something similar to you, thank God it got better. Moving to a new area could definetley be a hard thing to adjust to and insomnia also makes things worse. If it comes back, make sure you talk to someone your comfortable with and pray alot. God bless.
