That my friend is a gift from god also called carne asada fries, google it, you can find it in every Mexican food joint in SoCal.
 
^^ not too many places in the bay serve carne asada fries or cali burritos like they do in socal, or especially San Diego. Adalberto in Fairfield is ok. Salsa taqueria in Richmond is ok. Nothing can match it up here in norcal.
