They do stretch, but not that much. Maybe size up and taper from the knee down?

How worn in are they ? Brand new maybe some. Worn in then nope.
I would size the same as slp on them going forward if you want the new cuts.

These Ramones are beautiful. I've been searching for a good deal for some Ramones for a while cause I don't think I can pull off Geobaskets. I was going to get the black ones but these are perfect.

Al, here is mine on feet, shape of the Geo and Ramones are similar, both are bulky with big wide toe pointing upward toe box. People either hate them or love them lol.
