I personally would do the turbo based on raw performance but the GTS would be more a track car. Plus I think the GTS would be more of a collector car based on some of the options you get.

it's the body style.
997 is the 911 body from 2005 to 2012. 996 was the generation before that. 993 was the generation before 996, the last air-cooled 911.
The current gen that started in 2013 is the 991.
