No likey? Haha it's cool. Maintenance wise it's been great, just the usual, brake pads, rotors, wheel bearings, etc. Nothing major. I do have issues with how low the car is though; I'm tired of chewing up tires as well. My next car I'm not doing anything to it, I'm going to keep it bone stock.Originally Posted by Mangudai954

Just bought a automatic '94 Honda Del Sol....im gonna use this as my toy/project car
I dont know much about imports under the hood
whats some good performance upgrades to start with? I dont wanna be another ricer
I wanna work on the engine and performance cause I can have the body and rims done in no time down the road

absolute best bang for the buck IMHO.. car looks great.. many luxurious amenities in the interior.. and thing is a BEAST.!!
like any other luxury car, however maintenance is a killer.. make sure to either buy one with an existing warranty, look into an extended warranty. or make sure to have some money put aside for maintenance and normal wear nd tear.. Beware of naysayers.. everyone nd their moms tried to turn me against buying a Jag (they have a pretty bad rep), but i did my research and you should too if you decide that its the car you want.. i strongly recommend 2003 + only.. STAY AWAY FROM THE 4.0.. and yes, once you test drive the "R" naturally aspirated S-type wont longer be an option.
MPGs suck and it takes "premium fuel only" im getting like 16/12
Go out and test drive one bro.. its a great car

Nope, the MY of my car is 2005, and the only packages available were the 2.4i and T5. The specs for the T5 are decent, nothing awesome; 218 hp @ 5000 rpm and 236 torque @ 1500-4800 rpm. She's kinda fat though at around 3300 pounds.
