theyre hella busy and theyre into racing, i got a feeling they have a customer base that constantly need work on their track cars…alotta beautiful wrecked track cars were always there and they were priority it seemed like

Makes a nice contrast to my Ioniq 5 daily driver. Love both cars so much.
dang all that troubleshooting musta been a hootLong story
2 years ago someone broke into it, destroyed my ignition, and left it for dead once they couldn’t get it started. Couldn’t even get the truck into gear cause I couldn’t get a key in the ignition, they mangled it.
So recently the city said someone was complaining it hasn’t moved.. I’ve been trying to find time to fix it. If it didn’t move before Monday it’s getting towed.
Well, it’s been a fun rat chase figuring it out because I found out that between the time it was almost stolen and the time I am now fixing it, the gas tank was drilled in to be I have a locking gas cap on it.
So we had to patch that, put gas in it, and get a new fuel pump. Been at it for a week now.
Today she finally started. Ran. Idled. It was beautiful. Now I just need to get a new ignition in there and work on smogging it.

After hours of checking rechecking and turning it over and only seeing the fuel lines dry as a fart, we replaced the fuel pump. But I think the first replacement I got was a dud. So I got another one from Napa and that did the trick, along with us manually filling the fuel lines so it had some traction to get the gas going.dang all that troubleshooting musta been a hoot
