When I bought the car I thought I got over on.....
Long story short when I initially bought the car I thought I got sold a Type-R with a b16 head and a Type-R ******. Turns out I do have a b18c head and transmission. However there is a lot of work that needs to be done....

^^^ Pics of the motor/engine bay. Haven't uploaded pics of the actual body. Just bought some CW Type-R OEM wheels. Kind of regret it now that I'm considering some Spoon Calipers and I'm going to need aftermarket wheels with the proper offset.

The 2004-2006 Type S and the A-Spec are completely different. The TL A-Spec is really nothing more than a suspension package and an aero kit.Originally Posted by SneakerHeathen
Really? That's good to know. I'll take that under consideration.
Time to do some shopping.
First the good news: Acura's all-new 2004 TL is such a marked improvement over its predecessor that, even in base trim, it outgunned the well-regarded 2003 TL Type-S in our performance tests. The bad news: Acura says it won't offer the new TL in Type-S trim. But there is something even better, called A-SPEC, that will be available on TLs and other select Acuras.

I guess in that case you can get the base tl and cop the aspec kit from the dealer...
