basically its fat drippings + red water (red because its got bits of protein from the meat in it) except the water part evaporates away

We had ham off the bone, turkey, potato salad, baby potatoes with butter, peas, kumara (like sweet potato), parsnip and then for dessert; chocolate mousse, pavlova, fresh raspberries and strawberries and icecream.

And then today for brunch (night of the 26th here) we had ham and cheese croissants, fruit salad, cheesy ham croustades, pancakes, more mousse and berry smoothies.

Yes.

Although not many African American's that I've seen recently. Plenty of Pacific Islanders (nationwide) and Nigerians here in my city. We're probably one of the most culturally diverse countries in the world when you take into account who else migrates here.
