I'm pretty sure my air max 95 DBs are samples
I have just a few questions about them
1. Why is the UPC marked 99999999 and not sample on tag
2. Do these have the same value as a non sample pair?

they are tagged with 999999999 and not with sample because this pair is probably the same as the retail pair
and also i see that they were in production for almost a month, most of the time unreleased samples go in production for 2-3 days
that means that there are a lot of pairs like yours floating around
they probably gave them away for promo activities for the DB event
i assume that they got produced in (multiple) FSRs, thats why your pair is a size 7.5 instead of the normal sample size 9
