Powerbeats2 wireless??

Im new to the wireless beats, I noticed on one ear it seems like its being tugged on and

it doesn't stay in ear all the way when I first put it in.. The other ear it stays in fine..

Any help would be appreciated..

They come with different shape/size ear tips brah. Is your ear hole still virgin? You might need to get a bigger tip.
