Price and legit check on Jordan 13 "Playoffs"

This guy is selling a size 9.5 DS pair of the Jordan 13 Playoffs. He's firm at $220. He said it is authentic but has no receipt.

What do you think of the price and authenticity? Thanks.

Thanks. I have the black toe 13s in a 9, my true size and they fit great. These playoffs are 9.5. They might be a bit big but I think I can make them work.
