I never owned a pair of those but have you tried wearing thick socks? I feel its a way to protect your heels from any friction.

i haven t tried any thick socks..... I actually never owned thick socks on sneakers... I wana try a spray like this do you recommend ?

Try an Achilles shield; available on amazon. Had a similar issue with some shoes and AS eliminated it. No noticeable difference in feel and pretty durable.

Had the same issue wit Jordan 14, achilles would swell and couldn’t get my shoe back on, only time would heal it.

If you got them from Nike see if you can get a refund and then buy new shoes homie
