Providing Alcohol To A Minor NYC question.

Got court on Thursday for providing alcohol to a minor with my boy. The 2 girls got possession tickets, although the beer cans werent even open. They were just by their feet. Could we fight this? Anyway to get out of this? Or if we plead guilty, what would the consequences be?

Not guilty, it would be a future court date and we would have to pay a bond?

So plead non-guilty, pay the bond, and have a future court date? What happens if I lose that case, wont I just have to pay more?

U dun goofed . Nypd actually tried to pull that on us on NYE and we ended up shutting down the store.
