PS3, 360, or wait?

I havent played video games since 02 or 03.  After reading the toys r us post, I've had an urge to get back into it..  What console do u guys recommend?  Is there anything new  coming out within the next year?  What exclusives are for each system?  I'm assuming stuff like halo, final fantasy...  anything else?

I have all 3 systems. Xbox and PS3 for me, the wii for the little one. I use the PS3 more because the online is free. Only use the xbox for Halo and Gears of War. I'd say get the PS3 cuz it also doubles as a Blu-Ray player

You sound like a casual gamer.

Coming from an xbox owner, just get a ps3 and call it a day. Enjoy the bluray and the better graphics and free internet gaming.

Get the xbox if you want to game hard core, competitively, with better competition. Online is a lot better, but it costs money. I think it's worth it, you might not.

Same scenario here.  I use my PS3 mainly for Blu-Rays.  That reminds me that I need to pick up Nightmare On Elm Street on Blu Ray today.

i think im going to cop the ps3. really just want to play nba 2k11 and fifa 11
