PS3 heads, quick question

I have a friend who is thinking about purchasing one of those T-mobile USB modems. He has a PS3 and is not only wondering if it work with it, but if the signalwill be strong enough also. Thanks

I have the verizon usb modem and no you cant use it with the PS3 so Im sure the tmobile one is the same. There are some special routers you can buy that willenable you to set up a wireless network with the usb modems then you could do it that way I read a bit about em on google but It was a while back, I doremember they run about $60 bucks though. Also the speed with these modems isnt very fast so I dont know how well it would do with online play.
