Man I don't know but it sounds about right. Walmart is known for employee mistreatment. The run off all the small businesses, employ the people who's jobs they just ran off, then they pay them less than minimum livable wage

i remember when i worked at lids years ago, our manager would work on his breaks. he would try to get me and the other assistant manager to do the same and we would just look at him with the 

    like damn dude, people before you went out of the way to complain and seek certain rights for employees such as breaks during your shift and your straight slapping them in the face by working for free.

on the ps4 stuff, i just don't get it, some employees much thing that whatever you saved on that ps4 comes out of their paycheck.  their hustling backwards though, they should be putting their friends on about the price match deal, have their friends cop for them and flip them on the side.

Man I just ran into a bunch of people that are the company men type workers in my area. Walmart dudes were just doing what they were told cause they had a meeting about the PS4 deal the same day but the dude at BB was a young dude and was mad that I even tried to price match...dude looked it up online, called a manager, looked it up on his personal phone, checked the policy, called other employees about the deal, then tells me since Kmart was going out of business he couldn't do it and then mean mugged me as I was walking away like I was trying to personally steal from him ...Its really not that serious

still though, its so unnecessary, i could see if people were trying to do some shady stuff,  the buy games get 1 free toys r us deal on here comes to mind where dudes were coming up big time, i could see them playing hardball on something like that, but why bother to have a price match policy if when a competitor has a really good deal, employees are not going to want to honor it.

I got to looking around just cause they had so much old stuff

was successful at a target and best buy around my way, but only after i pressed the issue of calling corporate.  pretty much told the manager at target, that the price match policy is something the company he works for implemented and that its his job to follow and that going against a policy that is in writing is a poor reflection on the company and that corporate would share these thoughts. dude was pissed when honoring it.

i don't get why these employees care so much though, its not their merchandise, i could understand a mom and pop store being reluctant to price match since their funds aren't as a big as a corporate chain.   

some of these employees have that retail warrior mindset though. that's no shot at people who work retail, no shame in that, but most cats just want to do their job and go home, that's not a retail warrior. a retail warrior is a dude who sees you using a coupon, returning an item, or price matching a good deal as if it effect him personally and that mindset is so lame to me.  just do your damn job, follow the policies your company put in place, and don't make something so simple turn into an unnecessary hassle.

All I have is Kmart down here in Key West. It’s depressing being this secluded. The nearest WalMart is 2 hours away, closest mall is in Miami which is 3 hours away. Needless to say there no BestBuy, target nothing.

I'm a rookie at this whole customer complaint thing. Made it to the store manager and he straight up told me its company policy not to give the number of the district manager so he gave me guest relations instead. Gonna try one more tonight then I throw in the towel.
